Role-Based Access Control
PrimeContractorOS uses role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure team members only see and do what their role requires. Built-in roles include Admin, Proposal Manager, Contract Manager, Financial Manager, and Viewer. Each role has carefully defined permissions for creating, editing, viewing, and deleting records.
Inviting Team Members
Admins can invite team members by email. New members receive an invitation link to create their account and join the workspace. You can assign a role during invitation or update it later. Team members can belong to multiple workspaces if your organization uses separate workspaces for different divisions.
Subcontractor Access
Grant limited access to subcontractors so they can view relevant contract details, upload deliverables, and submit invoices without seeing your full contract portfolio. Subcontractor access is scoped to specific contracts and can be revoked at any time.
Audit Logging
All user actions are logged for security and compliance. View who created, modified, or deleted records. Track login history, permission changes, and document access. Audit logs are retained for the life of your subscription and can be exported for compliance reviews.
Single Sign-On
PrimeContractorOS supports single sign-on (SSO) through the Manus authentication platform. This provides secure, streamlined access without managing separate passwords. Multi-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security for sensitive contract data.
