PrimeContractorOS organizes documents by contract and category. Standard folders include Solicitation Documents, Proposal Volumes, Contract Documents, Modifications, Deliverables, Correspondence, and Financial Records. You can create custom folders and tags to match your organization's filing system.
Version Control
Every document upload creates a new version while preserving the history. View previous versions, compare changes, and restore earlier versions if needed. This is particularly important for proposals where multiple team members may be editing sections simultaneously.
Templates Library
